Frequently asked

Do I need any experience?

No — most lessons are booked by complete beginners. We start every intro session on land with wing or board handling before heading onto the water.

What should I bring?

A swimsuit or wetsuit, a towel and a change of clothes. Impact vests and helmets are provided. In cooler months we can provide a wetsuit — just mention it when you book.

Can I combine a lesson with a rental?

Yes. Many riders book a lesson first, then rent the same setup afterwards to keep practicing. Ask your instructor about extending your session.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice, or cut short due to personal choice rather than conditions, may be subject to a fee.

What happens if the wind or conditions aren't right?

Instructors monitor conditions each morning. If wind, wave or lake conditions aren't safe for your level, we'll reschedule at no extra cost.
