No — most lessons are booked by complete beginners. We start every intro session on land with wing or board handling before heading onto the water.
A swimsuit or wetsuit, a towel and a change of clothes. Impact vests and helmets are provided. In cooler months we can provide a wetsuit — just mention it when you book.
Yes. Many riders book a lesson first, then rent the same setup afterwards to keep practicing. Ask your instructor about extending your session.
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice, or cut short due to personal choice rather than conditions, may be subject to a fee.
Instructors monitor conditions each morning. If wind, wave or lake conditions aren't safe for your level, we'll reschedule at no extra cost.
